Sewage pumping and pipe cleaning
We professionally perform sewage pumping, technological drilling fluid pumping, pipeline washing and removal of roots or sludge with high-efficiency hydrodynamic machinery.
Our equipment is capable of pumping wastewater from a depth of 10 metres or more.
The diameter of pipelines to be flushed ranges from 100 mm to 1600 mm. We have many years of experience in this field.
Pipeline TV diagnostics
We carry out TV diagnostics of pipelines and provide reports.
Maximum distance – 300 m.
The equipment is suitable for pipelines from D150 mm.
Robotic pipeline machining
Using the most innovative technologies, we resolve the inconsistencies introduced during the construction or renovation of pipelines:
- Removal of roots in blocked pipelines
- Cut out of the remaining welds in the HDPE pipes
- Preparation of the old pipe for renovation and CIPP sleeve rehabilitation after installation
- Drilling and grinding work in cavities without human access
Welding of HDPE pipes
We weld high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes using the butt weld method and fittings with electrical spirals.
Butt welding of D65-D650 mm diameter pipes.
We weld pipes up to D1200 mm using fittings.
